When it comes to anger and its expression, there is a right way and a wrong way. Many people often express their anger in wrong ways such as yelling, saying filthy things or being physically abusive. If you are unable to express your anger in the right way, it simply means that you have an anger problem and you need anger management help. Sometimes anger can be a result of frustration over your inability to solve a looming problem. Most of the time, you cant solve problems when you get angry at them. If the source of your anger is frustration, find out what is frustrating you and deal with it. If you have the habit of tongue lashing people when you are angry, then you have an anger issue. Verbal abuse is as bad as physical abuse and is terrible way to express your anger. If you cant control what you say when you get angry, learn how to walk away. This is a good anger management technique that works. You may be the kind of person who gets physically abusive in a fit of anger. Physical abuse can scar anyone, both physically and emotionally. If you dont want to risk beating anyone up whenever you get angry, walk away or simply refuse to say or do anything until you calm down. Anger can be felt in varying intensities. Some people experience anger in its mildest form as irritation. Some other people experience anger in its intense form as rage. Ensure you dont express your anger as rage. It will destroy you even worse than it destroys those that you exhibit the rage on.
