The indigestible parts of fruit, grains, and vegetables, according to some professionals, may reduce the risks of you getting large bowel cancerous. How this works is not exactly clear, but it appears to hold true for people who spend good portions of their lifetimes eating like this. If you want to live long, you cannot allow yourself to get too fat. People who are obese are always among those that are most susceptible to disease. Colon cancer is one such. You are not doubt safer from it if you are not overweight. You dont have to be told; keeping fit always works well for you.
